Refund policy

At Avelisses, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel.
  • Swimwear without the original hygiene seal.
  • Earrings and certain accessories.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return procedure.
